We do not provide products or services directly to individual retail consumers for personal use.

3. Technical Data & Specifications

While Exbiol strives for absolute accuracy in the technical data sheets (TDS), HPLC chromatograms, and stability reports provided on the Site, all information is provided for informational purposes only.

• The user is responsible for verifying the compatibility of ingredients in their specific final matrix.
• Certificates of Analysis (COA) provided on the Site are examples of typical batches; batch-specific data is provided only upon official procurement or sample dispatch.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to our 29-year phytochemical ledger, molecular modification descriptions, CWD™ technology documentation, and proprietary formulation guides, is the exclusive property of Exbiol (Zhonghong Group).

Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or redistribution of our technical dossiers for commercial gain is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under international copyright laws.

5. Sample & Bulk Ordering

Quotes and availability information provided via the Site are subject to change without notice. All formal transactions are governed by our Standard Conditions of Sale, which will be provided alongside official Purchase Orders (PO) and Proforma Invoices (PI).

Exbiol ensures that its ingredients meet USP, EP, or other documented standards as specified. However, the buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that their final product complies with all local regulations (e.g., FDA, EFSA, NMPA) in the territory where it will be marketed.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province.
